Refunds will only be initiated after the return is verified and accepted.

Approved refunds will be initiated within the standard processing time after acceptance.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to:
- A manufacturing defect, or
- Receipt of an incorrect item
